Welcome to our third issue of CCC UpFront. We're excited about this issue and hope you'll agree that it's our best one yet. The pace of change and innovation in the collision-repair industry is unlikely to let up anytime soon. So, it's important that we maintain this dialogue, working together to strengthen our industry and improving the consumer experience. 

In our last issue of CCC UpFront, we looked at the industry "through the eyes of our customers." One of our features explored the results of a recent CCC survey in which your customers shared their thoughts on the industry. We hope you found this perspective useful as part of your ongoing search to provide superior service to consumers. 

In this issue, we address another topic you identified as important to your businesses. Regulation. The collision repair industry needs to remain abreast of new legislation that could have far-reaching implications for all of us.
